Both plans start with a one-month free trial. After that, billing continues monthly through Stripe.

Valet + Clean
Everything in BinWell Valet, plus one pressure-clean, sanitize and deodorize service each month.
Service availability depends on address. Standard valet includes up to 4 household trash/recycling containers; additional containers are $5/month each. Bulk trash, yard-waste piles, loose bags and oversized or unusually heavy containers are not included. Stripe checkout opens in a new tab. Trial converts to the selected monthly plan unless canceled.

Four scheduled visits per year for up to two standard HVAC filters, accessible smoke/CO alarm test-button and ordinary battery tasks, water-softener salt-level status where applicable, and a simple completion report.

Add Home to either bin plan at checkout. Monthly totals after your 30-day trial: $60 with Valet, or $70 with Valet + Clean. Choose your bin plan, then add BinWell Home on the secure checkout page.
Your first Home visit is scheduled after the 30-day trial ends and your first Home payment succeeds. We arrange entry while you are home.

Up to two standard HVAC filters replaced, normal test-button tasks on accessible smoke/CO alarms, ordinary user-replaceable batteries when needed, an accessible water-softener salt-level observation where applicable, and a task-completion report.

After your 30-day trial converts and the first Home payment succeeds. We confirm filter details and agree on an appointment with you first.
Up to two standard replaceable HVAC filters are included at each visit. We collect your sizes during setup. Specialty, electronic, permanent, unusual, premium or unusually expensive filters require separate approval and pricing.
Yes. Provide their name and email and authorize us to share your task-completion reports. You can withdraw that authorization at any time.
Home visits cover the listed routine tasks. Repairs, diagnostics, wiring, installation and professional inspections are outside the service scope.
We explain any task we could not complete. Specialty filter costs require your approval. Arrange repairs with an appropriate qualified provider. Water-softener salt refilling is outside the launch service.
We agree on a time when you or the resident will be home. Please secure pets during the visit. Share basic location notes during setup and leave security codes out of forms and emails. Tasks requiring unsafe access or equipment disassembly will be deferred.
Completion reports record the tasks performed. Professional condition assessments, safety certifications, care services and emergency response are outside BinWell Home’s scope.

Yes. Camino Gardens is part of BinWell’s current Boca Raton service area.

For customers who have added BinWell Home. We will match your details to your subscription and contact you to schedule while you are home. The first visit follows the 30-day trial and a successful Home payment.
Please leave out door, alarm and lockbox codes, passwords, payment details and health information.
